Since the mid 1990's Cynthia has experience in working with individuals, children and families in outreach, as well as in school settings (elementary through college). She has been in private practice since 2001. Due to the growing therapeutic needs in the area; as well as the need for skilled clinicians, Cynthia founded Quadra Counseling Associates in 2008. The practice consists of clinicians with varying specialties and licenses to meet the comprehensive needs of people in the North Shore. Cynthia has facilitated Professional Seminar Courses for students pursuing their Master of Counseling degree, as well as supervised therapists who are working towards Massachusetts licensure.
