Quadra’s staff is highly qualified to meet the needs of our diverse clientele. Each therapist is state licensed and many maintain membership in professional counseling associations. Each therapist brings unique training and experience in a variety of specialties.
For your first visit, you can either download your initial paperwork and have it filled out prior to coming in or fill them out in our waiting room. Please bring your insurance card. Most first visits are approximately 50 minutes.
