Tierzah Daugherty, LMHC

Tierzah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She works with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and family conflict, and with those who have experienced trauma. Tierzah is Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), which is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing model that integrates spirituality, facilitates connection and self-compassion, and helps you to heal all the parts of you that are burdened or stuck in unhelpful roles.
